A lesson I wish I learned earlier:
The things that make you different are the things that make you valuable. Everyone who tried to fit in created a sea of sameness. The ones who leaned into their weirdness became irreplaceable. Differentiate or disappear.

Exactly.
On the other hand I, for one, am certainly weird in many ways. But do I want to be irreplaceable? Mostly I just want to be left alone.
