On disgust

Nobody talks about how change doesn't require motivation.
It requires disgust. You don't transform because you're inspired. You transform because you're finally sick of your own excuses. Disgust is the strongest fuel there is. Embrace it.

Well, perhaps one day I'll get disgusted enough to leave academia. But I should type the three book manuscripts before. Nothing I could possibly do outside of the academia compares in importance with the three book manuscripts that I have in mind.
