I looked at the "Exponential Book". My impression is rather negative. Somebody is recording their rather trivial and standard (for a physics professor) thoughts on the Web, that's all. Thoughts such as, "why it is considered bad if somebody had more than 5 years of postdoc or too few citations? Here is why...".
