Самая убойная цитата изъ статьи такая: "Нашъ подходъ къ симметричному шифрованію также полностью отличается отъ подхода Стивена Хокинга [27]." Это было порождено автоматомъ, я бы не додумался. Однако до этого надо ещё дочитать. Экспериментъ заключается въ томъ, что статью могутъ принятъ если и только если её никто не читалъ дальше abstract-а. Хотя и abstract уже содержитъ достаточную чушь, чтобы любой спеціалистъ заинтересовался и сталъ читать дальше.

At least, I did not find the relationship between the results and what the author expected from the evaluation in the beginning of Section 5. I hope the author could state the problems and solutions in more clear way.
