Details: Firstly, the reviewer would like to admit the unfamiliar with the topic that the author stated. To the extent of my understanding, the author did not clearly state the expected results, and the approach to reach the result. At least, I did not find the relationship between the results and what the author expected from the evaluation in the beginning of Section 5. I hope the author could state the problems and solutions in more clear way.
