As you may remember, I do not do any reviews for journals which would not publish my own work. This personal policy of mine was adopted after I had received quite a number of outrageous rejection letters back in 2011-12. One of these was your rejection of my paper "Galois cohomology of a number field is Koszul", submitted to your journal in April 2012 and rejected in June 2012. The explanation is that I am not qualified to judge other people's research work from the positions of the standards of "clarity and novelty" of which my own research output falls short.
