If you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room.
Comfort is the enemy of growth. Find people who make you feel slightly inadequate. That discomfort is data. It's showing you where you can expand.

The people in my room are just not linearly ordered by smartness. I doubt that there is anyone smarter than me in the whole world, and certainly there are no such people in my room. But I am not smarter than some people in my room, either; and they do make me feel slightly inadequate sometimes.
