A pattern I've noticed in successful people: They're terrible at work-life balance. But great at work-life integration. They don't separate. They blend. Their work is play. Their play creates work. Their friends are partners. Their hobbies become businesses. While everyone's trying to clock out at 5pm, they're building empires doing what they'd do for free.
