All these I typed from the paper police report/medical records into blog entries in posic.livejournal.com in September 2004 (in the period immediately preceding another involuntary psychiatric hospitalization, in Moscow). These blog entries remained under restricted access for 12 years. Quite recently, I decided that the appropriate time has come to move them to open access.
