I don't think that the Oslo etc. accords can be properly considered a binding contract. Rather, I would view them as a declaration of intent.
Nevertheless, a declaration of intent which apparently wasn't in fact there and which in any event never materialized at all is no ground for a Nobel peace prize.
So it makes sense that the prize should be revoked now.
