posicI am really very sorry that I have to tell you that, but as a matter of personal policy I do not review for journals that would not publish my own work.
Back in February 2012, my paper "Artin-Tate motivic sheaves with finite coefficients over an algebraic variety" was rejected by your journal with the formulation that, I quote, "it is not interesting enough to justify publication in Documenta".
Having lost hope of writing anything interesting enough for Documenta, I am forced to admit myself to be incompetent to judge relevance of other people's articles being considered in this journal.
